VUE Realty Group is a Hudson County based real estate brokerage and consultancy. The founding four partners have a combined 30+ years experience in Hudson County real estate and are augmented by a team of full-time agents.

VUE Residential – VUE Residential specializes in residential sales and leasing with a condominium/single-family focus supporting the private owner. Nearly 75% of this business is referral based which speaks directly to the people that comprise our firm.

VUE Commercial – With a primary focus on land use and development, VUE Commercial specializes in sourcing viable development opportunities for our client base in greater Hudson County and beyond. In addition, we are experts in multi-family and mixed-use sales and commercial leasing. Our success in this arena can be best attributed to our ability to find and cultivate off-market opportunities for our clients.

VUE Project Marketing – VUE Project Marketing offers end to end sales, leasing and project marketing services to the small to mid-size developer market. We are currently engaged as exclusive sales and marketing agents for nearly $15,000,000 in new construction condominium sales, and as exclusive leasing agents poised to achieve nearly $3,000,000 in annual rental income for a single property in Hudson County.
