We have a zero tolerance policy for contract change orders. Unless, requested by the tenant or owner or mandated by the City or existing building conditions, we will deliver the project for the agreed upon price. We are particularly sensitive to schedule, and strive to beat even the most aggressive of time tables. We know from our experience that people make all the difference. To that end, either one or both of the company principals are actively involved in every phase of the project from beginning to end.
