W. Müller was founded in 1976 and has been privately owned and operated by the Müller family since its inception. The company specializes in the design and manufacture of extrusion heads, extruders and control systems for retrofitting existing blow molding machines. W. Müller extrusion heads are also available on new, premier brand blow molding machines W. Müller USA, located in the greater Springfield, MA area, is the sales and service organization established for the rapidly growing customer base in the entire Americas. Both the German and U.S. operations maintain an extensive inventory of spare parts and offer sampling facilities equipped with 7-layer co-extrusion blow molding machines to support customers in their development of new blow molded products. The company's tradition has been and will continue offering custom designed solutions for greater production capacities and more consistent products using a variety of processing techniques. Competent customer service and rapid response are the company’s trademarks that have achieved a high level of customer satisfaction and resulted in approx. 1,200 head installation in the Americas to date.
