Formally a wholly owned subsidiary of Wastren Advantage Inc (WAI), WAICG was not included in the January 2018 VNS-FS acquisition of WAI. Following the 2018 acquisition, WAICG keeping the same ownership, re-organized and became certified by the SBA as a small business in facility support services, environmental services, and construction services.
