Developed and managed by Bridgeton Holdings, the Walker Hotel Collection was created to inspire travelers by the authenticity of the neighborhoods in which they live. Each property offers a full service hotel experience with unique amenities and local partnerships that offer guests a lens into the soul of their respective community. Walker Hotel Greenwich Village debuted in April 2016 and was the first luxury lifestyle property in the newly formed Walker Hotel Collection. Inspired by the Georgian revival towers found on New York’s famed Fifth Avenue of the 1920’s, guests arrive curbside, greeted by a beautifully designed façade featuring copper clad bay windows, cast stone trim and restoration antique glass illuminated by gas lanterns reminiscent of the early days of Greenwich Village. The plush, romantic art-deco interiors compliment the historic neighborhood and its surrounding community that locals simply refer to as "The Village". Walker Hotel Tribeca will be the second property to join the collection taking residence in New York's landmark neighborhood of Tribeca. Located at 77 Walker Street off Broadway, the building dates back to 1908 and is scheduled to debut in Spring 2019. Walker Hotel Tribeca will offer 171 guestrooms, a rooftop bar with skyline views, a secluded prohibition inspired subterranean bar as well as premier dining by one of New York's most celebrated restaurateurs.
