We are starting with pathogen mitigation, moving into nutrition tracking and then metabolic and cellular real-time mapping.


Wallace Food Technologies

Wallace Food Technologies is engineering a regenerative food system to terraform land into productive food systems while maintaining and enhancing ecological abundance. 

We create technology to establish these farms and created a food brand called Legend, to fuel the heroes of tomorrow.
