We focus on the unique remodeling needs of San Francisco homes and businesses, providing services for general contracting projects, design/build projects and real estate consultation. Our projects include residential new construction, whole house remodels, old house renovations, period home historic restorations, home additions, new and updated kitchens and bathrooms, garage and master suite additions, structural and seismic retrofit projects and general needs of home and small commercial improvements. We also work on projects for multi-family unit buildings, including soft story earthquake retrofits. We have extensive experience with the San Francisco Building Department as well as a wealth of knowledge of San Francisco Building Code; from this we bring an added value during the design and permit planning phases of remodels and new builds.
