I became a career coach after taking my own career journey. Prior to coaching, I built a highly successful, 20-year career in the municipal bond industry. I learned the business from the ground up eventually becoming my company's first female partner. In 2004, my business successes no longer felt fulfilling. My work and personal life were out of balance. So, I retired in 2005 and found my passion for helping others in their careers, using the same skills that made me successful in bonds: Knowing the market better than my competitors and understanding my clients. I joined the International Coaching Federation and became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I have been a successful career coach since 2008, helping people in all phases of their careers. 

My goal is to help you reduce stress, boost self confidence and put your best foot forward so you accelerate your career, no matter what phase you’re in. It’s time to unlock your full potential and achieve happiness in your work and at your work.
