WALT Wines produces Pinot Noir and Chardonnay drawn from vineyard designate sites along the Pacific Coast, spanning from Willamette Valley in the north to Sta. Rita Hills in Santa Barbara County. The wines are crafted to express the character of each place through thoughtful viticulture and site-specific winemaking. The company operates three estate vineyards and partners with meticulous growers who share its quality standards. It is owned by Kathryn Walt Hall and Craig Hall, and its Sonoma Square Tasting Room has been open to the public since 2012.

In 2020, WALT opened a new tasting room in Napa Valley, expanding access to its wines. The winery operates in conjunction with its partner Hall, and its broader history includes Kathryn Hall's family heritage as Mendocino County grape growers dating back to 1972.
