The first option is to hire us for an agreed-upon period of time, during which we will embed ourselves into your internal recruiting team. We will take on the roles that would typically be sent out to agency recruiters, resulting in significant cost savings for your company. By working alongside your internal recruitment team, we provide training that is specific to your sector of industry and offer techniques on how to source candidates using whatever tools your company currently has. We can also advise on additional tools that can be used by your recruiters. Our goal is to leave your team in a better condition than when we first engaged, with the tools and knowledge necessary to continue filling hard-to-fill roles.

The second option is to hire us on a case-by-case basis, which is the traditional model. Regardless of the engagement model you choose, our experienced recruiters have the skills and knowledge necessary to fill the roles that you would typically call an agency recruiter for. This means that we can support you by filling hard-to-fill roles only, or a blend of both the roles that would be identified for a retained or agency recruiter, as well as carrying a balanced requisition load.
