Warren County Community College is a higher education institution based in Washington, New Jersey. Established in July 1981 by the New Jersey State Board of Higher Education and the Warren County Board of Chosen Freeholders, the college began as a College without Walls, offering classes in local high schools. After gaining degree-granting authority in 1987, the college moved into a dedicated facility on Route 57 in Washington and later added classrooms in 1997. It now provides a broad mix of certificate, continuing education, and degree programs designed to prepare students for the workforce or for transfer to a four-year college, serving Warren County and nearby communities with a convenient, cost-conscious path to education. Warren County Community College has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools since 1992, with a subsequent re-accreditation in 1998. In 2026 the college announced the launch of a counter-drone security training program, reflecting an expansion of its public safety and security offerings.
