WARREN DEL CARIBE, A Sonepar Company, is the main distributor in Puerto Rico of Electrical Solutions, Automation, Datacom, Lighting, Renewable Energy, Services, Processes, MRO, and general electrical materials. We originally established ourselves in Puerto Rico as Warren Electric Company in 1984. As Warren Electric expanded its operations throughout the Caribbean, the name changed to Warren del Caribe. In 2003, Warren del Caribe was acquired by Sonepar USA Holdings, Inc. Since then, the legal entity changed to WDC Puerto Rico, Inc., although we are still commercially recognized by the name Warren del Caribe. We started with a single branch in Carolina. Today, we have 3 branches around the island: Caguas, Arecibo, and Mayagüez.
