Warson Capital Partners was founded as Frontenac Financial Group, Inc. in 1994 to serve the capital needs of emerging growth companies with a focus on the Midwest within a growing national presence. Throughout our history, Frontenac — now Warson Capital Partners — has represented numerous clients in first- and second-round equity financings, senior and mezzanine debt financings, start-up situations, turn-around challenges, sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and bridge financings.
