The Washington Figure Skating Club (WFSC), founded in 1938, is a member of US Figure Skating (USFS). The goal of the WFSC is to foster and encourage the development of figure skating, including freestyle, pairs, dance, moves in the field, synchro, and theatre on ice. The Club's activities are designed to serve a full range of figure skating interests. The WFSC manages regular skating sessions with qualified professional instructors and provides the opportunity for USFS sanctioned testing at all levels.  As a non-profit 501c(3) organization, a donation to the WFSC may be tax deductible as provided in section 170 of the Internal Revenue Service code.
