The organization positions itself within the professional training and coaching sector, serving entrepreneurs and small enterprises by providing guidance that supports strategic planning, operations, and market understanding. Based in Spokane, Washington, the SBDC works through a regional system linked to public higher education and development agencies to expand access to professional expertise for small businesses.
