WatchandWager has been audited and approved by the Thoroughbred Racing Protective Bureau to be a verified wagering partner of U.S. Thoroughbred tracks. WatchandWager holds a racetrack operator’s license from the California Horse Racing Board. Since 2012, WatchandWager has been the operator of Cal Expo Harness Racing, a Standardbred harness racing track in Sacramento, California.Cal Expo is the only US harness racing track west of the Mississippi River. It offers harness racing from October through May annually.
