Waterloo Greenway Conservancy is a nonprofit organization based in Austin, Texas, established to develop and maintain an urban park system and a restored Waller Creek in partnership with the City of Austin. The group's work focuses on renewing the natural environment while supporting play, health and wellness, mobility, and access to arts and culture through outreach, education, and community programming. It operates within the civic and social organizations sector and engages residents and visitors to benefit the broader urban community. The project centers on a corridor of parks along Waller Creek, running from Waterloo Park to Lady Bird Lake, encompassing more than 35 acres of parks and public open space and over three miles of trails, with accompanying art and educational programming. The effort is designed to reflect Austin's diversity and dynamic spirit through design, community engagement, and cultural programming. In June 2026, a new phase of the project, known as The Confluence, opened in downtown Austin, expanding the trail network and public spaces.
