Waterstone Resorts & Vacation Homes was formed in early 2005 to manage resort developments, vacation homes and condominiums along the Gulf Coast of Florida.  Waterstone operates a family of independent, but related companies, Waterstone Resorts & Vacation Homes, Waterstone Real Estate (Annual Rentals) and Waterstone Association Management.  Waterstone manages more than three hundred twenty-five (325) vacation rentals and more than four hundred (400) annual rentals in Southwest Florida.  Waterstone has a proven track record in all aspects of the hospitality business including development & operations, acquisitions, property management, real estate, internet distribution, wholesale distribution, sales & marketing, finance, accounting, community association management, vacation rentals and reservations.
