Founded in Live Oak in 1926, W.B. Howland Co. grew from a community general store into a full-line hardware, lumber, and building-materials supplier—and later expanded into roof & floor truss manufacturing. Three generations have carried the torch, from John Phillip and W.B. “Pa” Howland to today’s owner, Lyn Fletcher. We still operate with the same customer-first mindset (“If we don’t have it, we can’t sell it”), while supporting contractors with modern design, takeoff, and truss capabilities from a multi-acre campus and dual truss plants. Our goal hasn’t changed: dependable products, fair dealing, and solutions that keep projects moving across North Florida and the Southeast.
