WE Group Talent (WEG) is a boutique management firm and producing company based in New York city. WEG Talent management focuses on a select ensemble of performers, writers, and directors in the film, television, and entertainment content space. WEG collaborates with clients on strategic career planning and introductions to industry contacts. 
WEG production focuses on co-producing film, television, and other special industry related endeavors with a diverse group of partners from financing and casting to budget management, marketing + PR, legal representation, domestic and international project distribution.
A key partnership that WEG has developed is the 20-year period of working with Academy Award and Tony nominated performer, Michael Shannon and Manager Byron Wetzel. The company’s core strengths lie in the extensive relationships with A-list Hollywood executives, actors, writers, directors and 'below-the-line' professionals (cinematographers, line producers, hair & make-up, etc.) that make up the key elements needed to assemble the highest quality production teams.
