Founded in 2013, We Speak was the first domino in the movement for an equitable fashion world. We Speak is non-traditional model management that gives a voice to models who deserve to be celebrated, and a voice to the public who crave—and continue to drive—seismic industry shifts. We do this by putting models first and holding open conversations with brands around authentic representation.

With a steadily growing nationwide presence within the U.S., we aim to shift the center of our industry. We work with those who seek to move margins, celebrate all bodies, and undo tokenism by lifting the voices of marginalized groups. A new industry top is forming. One that promises authentic diversity, combats scarcity and all the “isms,” and one that has brands passionate about action.
