Weiner Ventures is a Boston-based private investment office that partners with exceptional people to build enduring companies.

While our roots are in real estate, we have expanded our investments across a diverse range of sectors, with a focus on growth-stage opportunities. Sectors include specialty retail, entertainment and gaming, health and wellness, and consumer businesses.

Our investment approach emphasizes strong leadership fit, scalable economics, compelling differentiation in growing markets, thoughtful capital structures -- including incentives and exit potential -- and mutual trust. We work closely with management teams and industry experts throughout due diligence and continue that partnership after investment.

Real estate investments include the former Museum of Natural History in Boston’s Back Bay, now home to Restoration Hardware; Allston Labworks; The Verb Hotel; and numerous other retail, residential, office, and hotel developments.  We have also partnered on a wide range of projects developed, owned, and managed by real estate firms S.R. Weiner & Associates and WS Development, including Mandarin Oriental in Boston, The Street in Chestnut Hill, and Derby Street Shoppes in Hingham.
