The weisenburger Group is an owner-managed general contractor and project developer with over 70 years of experience in the construction and real estate sector. Since 1955, we have delivered projects across the entire value chain – from planning to turnkey handover. Our focus is on affordable, modern, and future-oriented housing.
Each year, we build around 1,600 residential units, approximately 700 townhouses, and carry out numerous modernization projects throughout Germany. In addition, our portfolio includes the development and realization of hotels, care facilities, as well as office and commercial properties.
The group comprises weisenburger bau GmbH, weisenburger projekt GmbH, and weisenburger invest GmbH, along with specialized companies such as sanierungsprofi GmbH and our international entities weisenburger development in Poland and weisenburger real estate in Romania. Together, we employ more than 650 people across around 20 locations and generate an annual total output of approximately €500 million.
