The WellCert Worksite Wellness Certification program combines practical training, flexible e-learning, and continuing education to prepare professionals for real-world application. The curriculum focuses on designing, managing, and sustaining effective wellness programs that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.

WellCert helps professionals distinguish between “feel-good” initiatives and strategies that create meaningful impact. Unlike programs that emphasize only clinical knowledge or individual coaching, WellCert develops leaders who understand the business of wellness. Participants learn to build executive support, select and manage vendors, increase participation, and measure outcomes using ROI and VOI approaches.

What Is WellCert?
WellCert is a four-level professional certification program completed by thousands of wellness, HR, benefits, and public health professionals. Each level builds on the previous one and focuses on 12 core competencies for results-driven programming:

Level 1: Certified Wellness Program Coordinator (CWPC)
Level 2: Certified Wellness Program Manager (CWPM)
Level 3: Certified Wellness Program Director (CWPD)
Level 4: Certified Worksite Wellness Program Consultant (CWWPC)
