Wenig-LaMonica Associates Agency (WLA Talent) is a full service entertainment agency, directly guiding the careers of legendary lecturers; comedians; radio hosts; live performers; djs; and music artists in R&B, Jazz, Reggae, Rock, & Pop.

With agency headquarters based in New York, WLA directly brings our artists to fans, both for one night and with multi-city touring. For nearly 40 years, WLA has worked directly with industry leading tour promoters (such as Live Nation, AEG Live, and C3 Presents), festivals/fairs, institutions of higher learning, charities, benefits, casinos, and corporate/private events. 

WLA was formed by industry veterans Jody Wenig and Paul LaMonica, who worked at Associated Booking Co for 32 years. Together they exclusively represented and closely fostered the careers of Bob Marley & The Wailers, Peter Tosh, Dr John, Bernie Mac, Isaac Hayes, BB King, Mary J Blige, Charlie Wilson, Anita Baker and more. 

Today, WLA is proud to directly represent countless Tony Award, American Music Award, and Grammy Award winning artists throughout North America and the world.  Our roster includes direct representation of Jeffrey Osborne, Ruben Studdard, Rachelle Ferrell, Km Waters, The Isley Brothers, Maze ft. Frankie Beverly, Jennifer Holliday, Valerie Simpson, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, Booker T Jones, and Roberta Flack.
