Wensleydale Creamery, based in Hawes in Yorkshire, is a dairy product manufacturer best known for Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese. Yorkshire Wensleydale earned European Protected Geographical Indication status in 2013, and it is presented as the only cheese actually made in Wensleydale. The cheese is produced from milk supplied by more than 40 local farms, using the Creamery’s starter cultures and skilled cheesemaking to create its distinctive creamy, crumbly flavor.

Its products are distributed through major UK retailers, independent shops and delis, with international sales starting in 2014 to markets such as Kuwait, Singapore, Dubai and Australia. The site houses a visitor centre with the Wensleydale Cheese Experience, including a museum, a cheese-making viewing gallery, a cheese shop and deli, and a restaurant and gift shop. In 2024, the company expanded its product lineup with Wallace & Gromit-themed cheese packs.
