The West Central Association Chamber of Commerce is a small nonprofit organization based in Chicago that serves the near west side and other areas west of downtown. Founded in 1918, it aims to promote business activity and support community development across its service area. As a delegate agency for the City of Chicago’s Business Affairs & Consumer Protection (BACP) and Economic Development, it helps member businesses access training and funding resources available from government and private organizations. It is the sole service provider for Greektown SSA #16, supporting the Greektown community of merchants and residents. Its geographic scope covers several west-side neighborhoods, including West Loop, Greektown, Madison Street, Fulton Market, Randolph Street, Jackson Blvd., and the Illinois Medical District; in 2022 the organization appointed Carla Agostinelli as director of development and community partnerships.
