West Chester Off-Campus Housing was created to fill a void in student housing within the West Chester market place. We wanted to address housing that was consistently of a high quality standard, while being affordable. We wanted to provide clean, well-maintained, safe properties that we would put our own children in (and we did). Over the years we were selective in the location of our properties (always within walking distance of the university) with updated bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms and overall resident appeal.

Our family run Business has grown since 1987 to providing housing to over 640 students annually in many forms: single houses, townhouses, duplex, triplex, quads, and various apartment settings.
