West Entertainment is a media production firm based in Irvine, California, founded in 2016 by Rick Warren to address a gap in the inflight entertainment market for mid-sized specialist content providers. It has grown into a full-service operation, incorporating an MPA/TPN-certified digital lab, a content service provider, and a local creative agency. The company operates within the inflight content ecosystem as a mid-sized specialist CSP and digital lab. Its recent activity highlights expansion in airline partnerships, most notably a five-year agreement with IndiGo to supply streaming IFE content and services for its Airbus A321XLR fleet. Past engagements include collaborations with Porter Airlines and All Nippon Airways, indicating a diversified airline client base.
