West Kent Housing Association is a non-profit housing provider focused on delivering affordable homes in Kent. Based in Sevenoaks, England, it serves residents who struggle to afford housing in the open market and works to support the communities around its housing stock. With roughly thirty years in operation, the organization emphasizes prioritizing residents and community outcomes in its work. As a mid-sized nonprofit in the housing sector, it operates as a local provider within Kent's social housing landscape.

In 2026, leadership transitioned with the appointment of Ian Joynson as Chief Executive to guide the organization from early 2026 onward. The association was recognized in March 2026 as a runner-up in the Best Housing Provider category at the Resolve ASB Awards, reflecting its engagement with anti-social behaviour and community well-being in housing contexts.
