West Knox Utility District is a water and wastewater utility provider encompassing a service area of seventy-two square miles. Today WKUD serves over 35,000 water and 25,000 wastewater customers in one of the fastest growing counties in Tennessee. Aside from the necessity of providing clean water, there are many supporting roles and departments needed to run a Utility District successfully throughout the year. From responding to immediate water outages to the proper allocation of funds.
