Started in 1948, Westerly Community Credit Union (WCCU) has grown to a $400 million financial institution with over 22,000 members. Our members are served by 75 employees via 5 branches in Westerly, Richmond, South Kingstown & Coventry.

Community involvement is, and always will be, a strong focus of WCCU.  Last year WCCU donated to over 100 local organizations, charities, and events. WCCU also supports local schools largely through our annual Basketball Tournament (solely sponsored since 1984), Teacher Grant Program, and financial literacy programs: Save for America School Savings program (elementary schools), the Everfi Online Financial Literacy Program, CU4Reality Financial Literacy Fairs, and the URI Money Basics.
