As western Arizona’s Community Action Agency, Head Start and Area Agency on Aging, WACOG works to educate, stimulate, promote and develop human, natural, social and economic resources in La Paz, Mohave and Yuma Counties.  WACOG believes that all people should have the tools needed for self-sufficiency and empowerment to achieve their full potential and contribute to their community.

WACOG’s services include early education; advocacy and programming for the elderly; weatherization; rent and utility assistance; homeless prevention; counseling on foreclosure prevention, financial literacy, reducing energy bills and homeownership; and transportation planning.
