Western International is a leading wholesale supplier of acetylene—the most efficient fuel gas for welding and cutting applications. Through additional products and services, Western provides customers with a turnkey solution for receiving acetylene and maintaining their cylinder fleets. For the convenience of wholesale customers, Western International offers a diverse range of industrial gases. Our warehouse is stocked with most standard cylinder-valves, and we are able to ship customer orders on the same-day in most cases. In addition, our staff will provide valve-installation services upon request. Western International has developed a specialized hydro-test procedure that is unique to the industry. Western International, highly trained personnel use a semi-automated process to perform DOT required low-pressure cylinder requalification of both acetylene and propane cylinders. Our automated testing and maintenance processes incorporate the newest technologies to enhance the efficiency and quality of every product. Custom painting and stamping are available upon request. All paint and refinishing procedures are performed in accordance with EPA and OSHA guidelines.
