Also under our parent DEF Enterprises umbrella we also  have our newest WOMEN TO WATCH USA.  This is a non- profit organization for women who need guidance and resources for small business. Currently the Women to Watch USA Western Mass Chapter is the flagship chapter.. The plan is to be adding new chapters across the country.
