Western North Carolina Community Health Services (WNCCHS) is a private, nonprofit Community Health Center (FQHC) providing affordable, high-quality care to individuals and families across 13 counties in Western North Carolina.

For over 30 years, we've offered comprehensive services—including primary care, behavioral health, dental care, discounted pharmacy options, and a Sliding-Fee Discount Program—to both insured and uninsured patients. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans.
