WeXL Org is a nonprofit based in San Francisco, California, that supports young people through mentorships that emphasize collaboration and creativity. Its work aims to strengthen resilience, independent thinking, and social capital, with a long-term vision of a more creative, connected, and compassionate society. The organization partners with schools and other organizations serving historically marginalized communities to ensure programs reach those who need them most.

Its Boundless Creators program brings children together in collaborative activities that foster critical thinking and creative development from an early age, specifically targeting Pre-K through elementary students. The program addresses concerns about a decline in creativity among children around ages eight to ten by focusing on early creative development. In April 2023, WeXL partnered with The Village Project SF to deliver the Boundless Self-discovery Filmmaking program to 4th and 5th graders in San Francisco.
