Welcome to What Works! Our workshops and talks are designed to help companies and their people to make the most of their minutes in business and in life. We've worked with clients including Cisco, Google, Williams Sonoma, Genentech, Expedia, Intuit, Hotwire, Zoom, and many more.

Our Making Minutes workshop helps people to be more productive, while at the same time achieving a greater sense of happiness, wellbeing, and peace of mind. This program combines productivity and optimal living topics which include mindful life design, prioritizing, life balance, eliminating time wasters, focus, handling email, conquering procrastination, running effective meetings, and happiness and peace of mind. Roughly 98% of our attendees say they're able to free up at least an hour a day, which is the equivalent of 6.25 weeks a year!

Our Presentation Skills Workshops help people to design and deliver highly effective and engaging presentations both in-person and virtually. Presenting virtually via Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, or any comparable platform is the wave of the future. Zoom brought Tom Drews in to deliver a keynote on how to deliver engaging virtual meetings and presentations using Zoom for their entire sales team. Cisco has also hired us as one of their leading experts on designing and delivering captivating presentations.

With the help of our trusted partners, we also offer a variety of additional workshops on topics including mindfulness, wellness, sales effectiveness, creativity, breathwork, and more.

Tom Drews, the Founder of What Works Communications, previously served as Vice President of Sales for two fast growing technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.
