We are a social housing landlord providing 22,000 homes across the West Midlands. We started life in Walsall, where most of our homes are, and it is still the place that anchors us.

Guided by our 2030 plan, we’re building greener homes, improving safety and investing in regeneration that delivers lasting social value. We provide complementary support services to customers if and when they need it, spanning health and wellbeing, jobs and training, life skills and money advice. 

We’re a strategic partner of Homes England and are working with like-minded organisations to build more homes and help create sustainable and resilient communities fit for the future.
