White & Allen, P.A. is a full-service law firm located in Eastern North Carolina. Our predecessors first began their legal practice in Kinston in 1927, and since then the firm has grown to become one of the largest in Eastern North Carolina. In addition to our original location in Kinston, we now have offices in New Bern, Greenville, Snow Hill, and Morehead City. Our team includes 20 attorneys and more than 40 paralegals and support staff. White & Allen’s scope of practice covers civil, transactional, and criminal legal matters.
