Wichcraft is a New York City-based fast-casual sandwich concept that focuses on substantial, chef-inspired sandwiches made with quality meats and locally sourced produce. It was founded in 2003 by Tom Colicchio, a restaurateur and seven-time James Beard Award winner, together with his co-founder Sisha Ortuzar. Designed as a convenient meal after a work shift, the concept emphasizes thoughtful ingredients and creative flavor pairings between two slices of bread.

Five locations operate across New York City, and the company also offers catering for meetings of varying sizes. As a small- to mid-sized player in the city’s foodservice industry, Wichcraft maintains a presence on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to engage with customers.
