WickRight is a General Contractor and Manufacturer specializing in repair and restoration of Wet Buildings in Chicago. Since 2012, our contracting team has assessed moisture intrusion damages and repaired over 100 severely damaged building in and around Chicago. Our services include professional roof and masonry leak diagnosis, repair design, SOW and staging preparation, installation of WickRight vents and water damage repair, including truss reinforcement and replacement. Our team of carpenters, masons, roofers and sheet metal experts provide professional, reliable service backed by our 7-year workmanship warranty. Bob Kelly, is the president of both companies, and invented the WickRight product line. 

Our manufacturing arm, WickRight Inc. makes WickRight™ Passive Ventilation, a patented line of passive ventilation for low-slope roofs with parapet walls and pitched roofs. WickRight vents prevent moisture intrusion and allow buildings to exhaust heat and condensation, which reduces mold growth, prevents materials deterioration and promotes healthy indoor air quality. 

Our research indicates that thousands of relatively new residential and mixed-use buildings in Chicago have severe moisture damage. This problem spans multiple climate zones in the United States and beyond.

WickRight Coping Vent™, Capstone ™ Vented Drip Edge and Low-Slope Roof Vent™ are designed for use on low-slope roofs with parapet walls. These products prevent moisture intrusion to the building interior and provide direct paths for moisture to exit the building. 

WickRight Perimeter Vent™ and Hip & Valley Vent™ are used to vent gable, hip and valley roofs for restoration or new construction.
