Widner & Alford Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery  is a full scope oral surgery practice specializing in wisdom teeth removal and extractions, placement of single and multiple dental implants, diagnosis of TMJ and jaw related disorders.

We are located in three convenient office locations in Austin, Lakeway and Bastrop to better serve our patients.   We are a leading provider of the placement of dental implants in the Austin area, offering single and multiple implants and both metal and non-metal implants. Dr. Widner opened the practice in 1990 in Central Austin and since the practice has expanded to Lakeway and Bastrop, Texas.
