Wild Ginger / The Triple Door is a Seattle, Washington-based restaurant brand focused on Asian dining, drawing on influences from Southeast Asia. It was founded by Rick and Ann Yoder in 1989 after a trip that inspired them to translate Eastern flavors and culture into a local dining experience. Over the years, the concept has become a staple of the Northwest dining scene and a distinct Seattle original. The restaurant has earned recognitions including a James Beard Award and the Wine Spectator Grand Award of Excellence. It expanded to Bellevue and South Lake Union and launched Wild Ginger NOIR in 2019.
