Wildlands Restoration Volunteers is a nonprofit environmental services organization based in Longmont, Colorado. It mobilizes volunteers to learn about local ecosystems and participate in hands-on restoration projects across Colorado’s Front Range and beyond, engaging more than a thousand participants each year across numerous projects aimed at supporting ecological healing and land stewardship. The organization serves communities, partner groups, and schools that seek hands-on environmental restoration, education, and community building, addressing local land-management challenges and post-disturbance recovery through collaborative field work. In addition to its restoration activities, WRV maintains partnerships with other environmental and educational groups to expand its reach and impact. Recent collaborations include joint efforts on post-fire stream restoration and stewardship internships, reflecting a pattern of community-based programs that integrate volunteer involvement with environmental care.
