At Willows Way, we empower adults with disabilities to live independent, dignified, and fulfilling lives of their choosing. 
For over 20 years, we have focused on providing personalized support and meaningful experiences. Through innovative programs and collaboration with families, we help our clients achieve independence and engage with their communities.

OUR MISSION: Willows Way empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live a life beyond limits through personalized support and community engagement. 

Willows Way provides five distinct programs designed to assist adults with (I/DD):
• REALITIES - We offer up to eight hours of customized weekly services for approved adults. Our support includes budgeting, bill payment, menu planning, housing searches, assistance at doctor's visits, and advocacy.
• INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORTED LIVING (ISL) - We provide customized in-home services 24/7, tailored to each individual's needs. Our support areas include skill development, recreation, social skills, medical care, transportation, and financial assistance.
 • INDIVIDUALIZED SKILLS DEVELOPMENT/COMMUNITY INTEGRATION - Provides services for clients not yet living independently, helping them develop life skills and build community connections.
 • REACHING INDEPENDENCE THROUGH SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT (RISE) Day Program- Community-focused classes designed by participants and qualified staff emphasize social, educational, and physical activities.
• PROJECT HEART - Evening classes focused on health and safety may include topics such as cooking, nutrition, exercise, personal hygiene, driver’s education, healthy relationships, and internet security.
