The Law Offices of Wilson & Wilson were established in 1983 by James T. Wilson, now deceased, and his son, William S. Wilson. Both graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in the classes of 1949 and 1983, respectively.
Bill Wilson has practiced for 28 years. He and his staff of lawyers concentrate in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Estate Planning for persons with disabilities, Probate, Asset Protection, VA and Medicaid Benefits and advising profit/non-profit corporations.
