Winding Waters Clinic is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) public charity and Northeast Oregon’s only Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Our team is committed to providing high-quality, whole-person health care to all individuals and families in our communities. Winding Waters offers an extensive range of care at four clinics across Wallowa County and through our home visiting program. The Clinic's whole-person model includes medical, dental, mental health, integrative, public health, and pharmacy services.
