Windy Boats operates as a boatbuilder in the maritime transportation sector, producing the WINDY and DRACO ranges for leisure boating. Production takes place at facilities in Västervik, Sweden, and in Ostroda, Poland, supported by a skilled workforce; the Windy entities Windy Boats AS and Windy Scandinavia AB are sister companies that are wholly owned by Periscopus AS.

The Windy brand traces its roots to 1966 and emphasizes hand-built craftsmanship, woodwork, textiles, and the integration of modern materials and propulsion technologies. It operates in the leisure boat market, offering models from roughly 26 to 52 feet in length, with a focus on craftsman involvement in the finished product. It maintains collaborations with recognized yacht designers and naval architects, drawing on a heritage of Norwegian boatbuilding while maintaining production outside Norway.
