Windy Cove Energy, LLC is an independent oil company focused on CO2 enhanced oil recovery. Our objective is targeting projects in four principal areas - the Rocky Mountains, the Permian Basin, the Mid-Continent, the Gulf Coast. Our strategy is to identify properties which are suitable for CO2 source development and enhanced oil recovery, thorough the following scenarios. • Purchasing properties outright • Partnering to develop CO2 source fields and CO2 floods, whereby WCE is the operator • Forming joint ventures with existing owners, whereby WCE becomes the operator • Forming joint ventures with MLPs, whereby the partnership purchases a property The success of tertiary oil recovery depends on many parameters including but not limited to logistically feasible CO2 source, minimum cumulative primary / secondary production, benchmark crude oil characteristics and sustained reservoir performance.
